1. Digital Numerology Readings (PDFs)

All numerology readings sold on this website are personalised digital products that are generated based on the information you provide.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • delivery of the digital content begins immediately, and

  • your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations ends once delivery has begun.

For this reason:

  • Refunds are not available once a personalised numerology reading has been generated.

If you experience a technical issue (for example, you cannot access your paid reading or download your PDF), please contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly.

2. 1-1 Sessions (Coaching, Readings, or Consultations)

1-1 sessions are booked and paid for in advance via PayPal or other payment methods made available on this website.

Cancellations by you

  • If you cancel more than 48 hours before the scheduled session, you may request:

    • a reschedule, or

    • a full refund.

  • If you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled session, refunds are not guaranteed, but rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.

Missed sessions

  • If you do not attend a scheduled session without notice, the session is considered delivered and no refund will be issued.

Cancellations by us

  • If we need to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be offered:

    • a rescheduled session, or

    • a full refund.

3. Nature of Services

All services provided are for personal insight, reflection, and guidance purposes only.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or life changes as a result of using our services.

4. Payment Providers

Payments may be processed via third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal.

Refunds, where applicable, will be issued using the original payment method where possible.
